Custom Orders: Up to 1 month

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not offer same-day processing.

Shipping Restrictions: We follow all restrictions imposed by USPS and UPS for certain locations.
Split Shipments & Tracking
If your order contains both self-fulfilled items and apparel, you may receive multiple shipments. You'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment:
- Self-fulfilled items: Tracking information sent directly from us
- Apparel items: Tracking information sent from Printful
You can also track your orders through:
- Your email confirmations
- Shop.app account login
- The Shop app by Shopify
Apparel Fulfillment
Items in our "Apparel" collections are fulfilled by our partner, Printful. These items have different processing times (2-5 business days) and return policies. For apparel returns and exchanges, please refer to Printful's return policy.
Special Circumstances
Remote Area Charges
If remote area charges exceed our standard shipping costs by $30 USD or more, additional fees may apply. In some cases, orders may need to be refunded and reordered with adjusted shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at shipping@weirdink.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the missing package and file a claim.
Email shipping@weirdink.com with your case number and order number to discuss replacement options.
Holiday Shipping
Christmas Delivery Guidelines:
- USPS recommends shipping by December 17 for Christmas delivery
- Place orders by December 10 for best chance of Christmas arrival
- Increased holiday shipping volume may cause delays
International Shipping
We ship to select international locations via GlobalPost or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
